Key Experience

Fitim is 4M Kosova Operational Director. He has 10 years of architectural and project management experience in mixture of design and construction site management projects. He was a member of the technical as well as the managerial experts’ team on war damage assessments and reconstruction of buildings in the Balkans with clients such as European Commission, United Nations Development Programme, OSCE, Republic of Kosova Government Agencies and other International Non Governmental Organizations. Fitim has developed skills in Building Information Modelling technology and visualization of architectural projects, bringing his professional and technical capabilities in line with the latest developments in this field. Fitim commands excellent photographic capabilities. He has been experimental in defining a new role and meaning to Architectural photography. Since 2008 he is a board member of the Kosova Association of Architects.
