4M Construction have successfully won the tender for the exterior terrace joinery in conjunction with timber manufacturers Woodtrend. Work started on the penthouse apartments in July with the pictures showing 4M Group Director Nezir Golaj meeting staff on site and another image showing the roof top terrace under construction.

Talbot Road, Notting Hill, London

4M Design and Build have successfully completed the total renovation and extension of a 5 storey townhouse. The recent completion of a new basement extension to the front of the house completes the renovation, following earlier rear extensions, new structural framing, refurbishment and decoration for a private client.

Queen Annes Grove, London

SA architectural consultancy (Part of 4MA) has just received planning permission for a new build semi-detached house in north London. Work will commence on the basement later this month.

4M Interiors Launched

4M Group are pleased to announce the launch of its new interior design service 4MI. We are pleased to welcome Gabby Massingham who is heading up the new service and will work on delivering interior consultancy as well as offering a new element to 4M’s Design and Build capabilities.

Chelsea Square, London

Work has started on site for the Chelsea Square project, the full renovation and new basement extension requires major structural work to bring this impressive property up to modern requirements. Work is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2009.

Skerries, Ireland

Work on the Listed beach side property is continuing and the new large glazed architecture has created a new panorama for the house, allowing the client to take in the impressive views of the bay.
