| Obituary: Nezir Golaj |

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our friend, colleague and partner Nezir Golaj, director of 4M Construction – part of 4M Group. Nezir died on the morning of 8th July at the age of 45. This news came as a devastating shock to all of us who worked closely with Nezir and were privileged to have experienced his exceptionally kind and loving nature on a daily basis. A key member of the 4M team, he oversaw construction projects and maintenance contracts undertaken by 4M Construction as part of 4M Group. Nezir leaves behind the legacy of the realization of his visions, and a significant mark on the lives of those he has inspired through the way in which he lived his life. We vow to honour his hard work and constant vigilance regarding the maintenance and growth of 4M. The philosophy of integrity and excellence that Nezir left behind will remain alive and at the core of our company. Nezir left 4M and the world a better place. He is survived by his daughter Zana and wife Besa. A memorial service is planned, but details have not been confirmed at this time.
