The ground floor of this Victorian building was last redesigned in the 1960's when it was subdivided into small office spaces with all its original features covered and hidden. 4M Group took this subdivided, claustrophobic space and stripped out all the partition walls and layers of the interior to expose the original features to create a open airy space for its staff and guests.
