The mass distribution method is based around the simple notion that some public spaces need sufficient light to be used and attractive, while in others it is less important. A map is seeded with points that indicate to the programme where direct sunlight was needed and therefore public spaces were anticipated. Agents move around the site to check if the requested conditions were being observed. |
